You can use our recommendations for how to stage your home and what repairs and improvements to make. This has proven to sell homes faster and at a higher price. You can do all the work yourself, or we can manage and do the work for you.
You can do major improvements and upgrades to your home in order to appeal to the higher end buyers. This comes with a higher budget, longer time until you list, but has the potential to bring you the highest offer quickly after you go to market.
