The process starts with a home staging consultation. We'll do a walk thru and make recommendations on what you should do to get your home ready for market. If you're not yet working with a realitor, that's ok. We can make recommendations there too.

When is the right time for a home staging consultation?
Anytime. Ideally you would have a consultation done prior to listing your home for sale. But if you are already listed, but are having trouble getting quality offers, a consultation would be beneficial. DO NOT lower your price without having a consultation done first.
You can simply tidy up and sell AS IS at a lower price. This option has the lowest budget and shortest time to list but also brings the lowest return and has potential for the longest time on market before receiving an offer.
You can use our recommendations for how to stage your home and what repairs and improvements to make. This has proven to sell homes faster and at a higher price. You can do all the work yourself, or we can manage and do the work for you.
You can do major improvements and upgrades to your home in order to appeal to the higher end buyers. This comes with a higher budget, longer time until you list, but has the potential to bring you the highest offer quickly after you go to market.
